Our Story

Nomad Napoletana began in a food truck (Pizza Nomad) in 2018. Fueled by a passion for authentic wood-fired cuisine and honest ingredients, we match everything we prepare with service and atmosphere. The crust is naturally leavened which makes it very light and digestible. The product is cooked in a stone hearth oven at temperatures exceeding 1000° F .
